9. Disclaimers

sillveerlooma provides residential care services with due care and professionalism, but we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. Our services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

We are not responsible for health outcomes, as we are not a medical facility. Residents maintain their own healthcare relationships with doctors and hospitals. We provide assistance coordinating care but are not liable for medical decisions or treatment outcomes.

Information on our website is for general guidance and may not reflect all details or circumstances. Prospective residents should visit in person and review written agreements before making decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, sillveerlooma's liability for any claims arising from residential care services or website use is limited to the amount of fees paid by the resident in the three months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including lost income, emotional distress, or other non-direct losses except where prohibited by law.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
